Easy Prosecco cocktails you can make in minutes

It seems everyone loves a glass of Prosecco. The must have fizz of the moment is as well suited to a cheeky afternoon glass as it is to a wedding toast … or even celebrating getting the kids back to school!

In fact, just last year Prosecco overtook Champagne to claim the title of the UK’s favourite bubbly.

But does it get the recognition it deserves? We think not! Malbec, Merlot, Grenache – they all have official ‘celebration days’ but you won’t find our favourite fizz in the calendar anywhere.

That’s why we’re declaring September 6th #WorldProseccoDay.

And to help you celebrate we are offering 20% OFF our entire range for a week!

Meanwhile here are some super-easy recipes to help you get creative and really impress your guests – with minimum effort!

Three easy cocktails you can make in minutes

cocktails

English Garden

Party time! Fill your glass with 20ml elderflower cordial and 20 ml gin (Hendrick’s is great because of that hint of cucumber) and top up with ice cold fizz from Prosecco king Alessandro Gallici. A tiny sprig of fresh mint tops it off perfectly. Takes two minutes.

Bellini Blush

Freshly squeezed pomegranate juice and crème de cassis give this ‘bobby dazzler’ its blushing hue. A dash of vodka smartens it up too! Take 20ml of each … then top up with Prosecco. Again, two minutes.

Lemon Sparkle

Time to go truly Italian – in two minutes! If you’ve never tried limoncello, the gorgeous lemon liqueur of the glitzy Amalfi coast, this is a good place to start. Chill it down, dash 30 ml into a coupe or Champagne flute and top up with equally chilled Prosecco. Dangle very thin twists of lemon zest over one edge of the glass for proper pose potential. Belissimo!

And don’t forget – there’s 20% OFF all Prosecco for a WEEK on our  website. Offer ends midnight Sept 13th 2016.
