Looking for a delicious tasting crisp, dry white with zero alcohol? Here’s a smasher from one of Germany’s finest modern producers, Weingut Leitz. Retaining all the juicy citrus and ripe apple fruit of classic Riesling, yet with no alcohol. On mostly south-facing slopes, the grapes ripen to perfection, and are much loved by the wild boar that roam there. Johannes does his best to keep them at bay. You won’t feel as though you’re missing out with this zero alcohol white.

With over 170 years’ experience, Von Buhl is one of Germany’s finest estates, and attracts high praise from critics every year. Their Riesling Nr 1 stands out with zesty lime, ripe peach and mineral freshness. A terrific, elegant dry white. This dry white is thoroughly appetising on its own or with gentle dishes such as poached salmon.
Pfalz Qualitätswein
The Pfalz has a long tradition of making dry wine and Riesling Gutswein from Gabel is a classic. It’s from the Fork family’s small, 350-year-old estate, wedded to brilliant, modern wines. From high vineyards, this is crisp, dry, lime-zipped Riesling. Pairs perfectly with white meats and fish.
