Not so much of a blog today…it’s so hot here my brain has shut down. That’s what the vines have done. Seems a good idea.
Instead I refer you to a nice little film on YouTube that someone made about our village baker in Ste Magne. It’s called ‘The Bakers from Ages’ and features our Monsieur Maynard… who has retired now. But the young bakers he trained are making it work well and he’ll be very happy with that…as are we and all the Confreres who get their bread there…amazing bread, so much better than supermarket stuff.
